If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a notice including: (a) your contact info; (b) identification of the work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (d) a statement of good‑faith belief; (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.

15) Governing Law; Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
  • Venue and Jurisdiction: Courts located in San Francisco County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
  • Optional arbitration clause (insert if desired): Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive class actions.

16) Termination
