Refund Policy for FlairPicks.com
Effective Date: November 22, 2025
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and returns are handled for: (A) purchases made directly from FlairPicks (if any), and (B) purchases made through third-party links (including affiliate links) featured on FlairPicks.com.
A) Purchases Made Through Third‑Party/Affiliate Links
- If you buy a product or service from a third party (e.g., Amazon or another retailer) after clicking our link, your order is with that third party—not FlairPicks.
- Returns, exchanges, cancellations, shipping issues, and warranty claims must be handled directly with the seller according to their policies.
- We cannot issue refunds, replacements, or adjustments for orders not processed by us.
B) Purchases Made Directly from FlairPicks (if applicable)
If we sell our own products/services (digital downloads, memberships, courses, consulting, or physical goods), the following applies unless a specific product page states otherwise:
1) Digital Products (e.g., downloadable templates, guides)
- All sales are generally final once the product is delivered/access granted.
- If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work to restore access; if we cannot resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
- To prevent abuse, we may deny refunds for substantial download/access activity or if misuse is detected.
2) Online Courses/Memberships/Subscriptions
- Unless stated otherwise on the product page, fees are non-refundable after access begins.
- You may cancel future renewals at any time from your account or by contacting us before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past charges.
- If a trial period is offered, cancellations must occur before the trial ends to avoid charges.
3) Services/Consulting/Coaching
- For time-based services, cancellations or reschedules require at least 24–48 hours’ notice (specify your window). Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged in full.
- If we cannot deliver a scheduled service due to our fault and cannot reasonably reschedule, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion.
4) Physical Products (if we sell/ship our own items)
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery for unused, resalable condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Non‑returnable items: Perishables, intimate goods, customized items, gift cards, and downloadable software/digital goods.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition; restocking fees (e.g., 10–20%) may apply for opened/used goods unless defective.
- Defective/Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 7 days with photos; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our inspection.
- Return Shipping: Unless defective or our error, buyer pays return shipping. We recommend trackable shipping; we are not responsible for lost returns.
5) How to Request a Refund/Return (direct purchases only)
- Email: support@flairpicks.com with order number, item, reason, and any evidence (photos).
- We will provide next steps, including a return authorization (if applicable). Unauthorized returns may be refused.
- Upon receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
6) Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after we’ve confirmed issuance, first check with your bank/card issuer.
- Then contact us at support@flairpicks.com if it’s still not posted after 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks for delivered products/services may result in account suspension and collection of associated fees.
International Orders (if applicable)
- Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency; exchange rate differences are not refundable.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived by law (e.g., consumer rights in certain jurisdictions, including EU/UK cooling‑off rights where applicable).
